Job Responsibilities:
  • Planning, preparing and delivering specialized English language programs.
  • Set the TOEFL examination schedule and classify candidate's preparation via e-mail with AMIDEST Abu Dhabi.
  • Announcement for examination Schedule through posters and sending copies to Student Affairs, Admission & Registration, Accounts and Deputy Deans.
  • Monitoring exams, receiving results, certificates delivery and regulations for admission & registration of students.
  • Work on the fiscal budget and supervise the cost center by buying books, stationery and electronic tools via the Procurement Center at the university.
  • Receiving the bills of exams from AMIDEST Abu Dhabi and do the needful for paying from budget department.
  • Set TOEFL examination time & schedule, and inform all colleges and students with available resources.
  • Prepare books and learning resources for students.
  • Follow-up of each training session of the design, teaching, guidance, development of materials and references on E-Learning page of University.
  • Uploading teaching materials and classroom assignments on the University Moodle.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma with at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the broad spectrum of available university academic units, curriculum and programs.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of records and information.
  • Database and records management and/or maintenance skills.
  • General office administrative and secretarial skills.
  • Ability to make effective administrative/procedural decisions and recommendations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Excellent written & spoken command of both English and Arabic languages.
  • Proficiency in using computer and Microsoft Office package.
